I originally bought the ghost stand from 12 South back in the day. It's been discontinued, but it still worked great & I'd be using it to the day EXCEPT that when COVID sent us all remote, I was looking for a stand that would allow me to hold both my work & personal computers. I have 2 external monitors, and use my work computer as a third screen/ camera. I put this on top of the Curve. I keep my MacBook on the bottom part of the stand (the flat piece) and when I'm done working for the day, all I have to do is swap one cable, and change the inputs on my Bluetooth mouse & keyboard.
And then on the weekends, I can turn off my work computer, store it in the desk & put my Mac on the top of the curve.
It's surprising how few stands offer this functionality. Almost all of them have some impediment that prohibits you from storing a laptop underneath; either the base of the stand runs right through the middle or it's solid, or the angle of the metal coming forward doesn't allow enough space for a laptop. I don't know why, but if you are looking for a stand and either use multiple laptops or could see yourself doing it, save yourself the hassle & grab a Curve or Curve SE.
