I bought the AirFly Pro about a year ago and it worked perfectly in the beginning. Recently it suddenly stopped turning on, even though it was fully charged. I tried all the troubleshooting steps, but it remained unresponsive.
I reached out to Twelve South and the support team, especially Zoe, was excellent and very responsive. They quickly identified the issue and arranged a warranty replacement without any hassle. While I was disappointed the product failed, I really appreciate how smoothly the replacement process was handled.

Hi Al! Thanks so much for your positive feedback about AirFly :) Currently, AirFly does not include a 90-degree 3.5 plug option. That is wonderful feedback though, and you can consider it shared within the org!
This was a gift for our grandson, primarily for an international trip. He was very happy and said not only did it work well but he was able to keep it charged up at the same time.
