The aluminum vented shelf includes an Apple Watch-like band that lets you strap gear to the top and bottom of BackPack. Which Apple Studio Display is BackPack compatible with?
BackPack is compatible with the non-height-adjustable Studio Display only.

My iMac has a round hole vice an oblong hole in its stand. Will your device fit in this configuration?
BackPack is designed to fit the stand openings found on compatible Apple displays, including iMac and Studio Display models with the standard stand.

If your iMac has the older round cable management hole in the stand instead of the newer oblong opening, BackPack will not fit properly. The current BackPack mounting system is designed specifically for the oblong opening found on compatible iMac and Studio Display stands.

Hi, is this compatible with the new 2026 Apple Studio Display (not XDR) just launched?
Yes! BackPack is compatible with Apple Studio Display. The display’s stand design has not changed in a way that affects mounting, so BackPack attaches and functions the same as it does with current Studio Display models.
Is this compatible with the newest M3 24" iMacs?
Yes, BackPack is compatible with the latest M3 iMacs.
Will you be making a version for the tilt and height Studio Display?
No, BackPack only works with all 24-inch M1 iMacs and Apple Studio Display with tilt-adjustable stand.

It is better than sdvertised

It cleaned up a mess on my desk behind my screen. Now, when I look at my desk, I see no wires or clutter, just my studio screen and my keyboard and trackpad. My MacBook is in 12 south holder in a clamshell position.
